Gavarnie's estate pressed olive oil is processed within 24 hours of harvest through our small Oliomio 80 plant at a rate of 500 kg per day. We accept olives for contract pressing with a minimum of 100 kg by arrangement. Please contact us for price and drop-off appointment.
